Veritas sits opposite the Gujarat High Court on SG Highway at Sola — one of the more legible addresses in the city, in the sense that everyone knows exactly where it is without needing a landmark chain. What separates it from the usual amenity list is the working provision: a conference room, a meeting room and a business centre alongside the pool, aerobics hall, library and multi-purpose court. That combination points at a specific buyer — a professional who takes meetings at home and does not want to book a hotel conference room to do it. Specification runs above the local norm on the details that are expensive to retrofit: double-charge granamite flooring rather than standard vitrified, epoxy-filled floor joints, jointless composite and UPVC water lines, and chemical heat-reflective terrace treatment.
